Product Overview

Our Sintered Neodymium Iron Boron (NdFeB) magnets are engineered specifically for the rigorous demands of the automotive industry. Featuring high magnetic energy density and exceptional thermal stability, our magnets enable the miniaturization and lightweight design of motors. We provide critical magnetic solutions for everything from Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) vehicles to New Energy Vehicles (EV/HEV/PHEV).

1. EV Traction Motors (The Heart of E-Mobility)

  • Application: Main Drive Motors, In-Wheel Motors.

  • Advantage: Utilizing advanced Grain Boundary Diffusion (GBD) technology, we significantly increase Intrinsic Coercivity (Hcj) with minimal heavy rare earth usage. This ensures motors maintain peak performance at high speeds without demagnetization.

  • Recommended Grades: UH, EH, AH Series.

2. Chassis & Safety Systems

  • Application: Electric Power Steering (EPS), ABS Sensors, Electronic Parking Brakes (EPB).

  • Advantage: Fast response times and precise magnetic field control to guarantee driver safety and handling accuracy.

3. Body Micro-Motors

  • Application: Wipers, Seat Adjusters, Power Windows, Electric Tailgates.

  • Advantage: High BH(max) allows for smaller, lighter motors, contributing to overall vehicle weight reduction and energy efficiency.

    Operating temperatures up to 240°C. Our optimized alloy formulas result in low reversible temperature coefficients ensuring stable magnetic output even under extreme thermal fluctuation.

  • Superior Corrosion Resistance:

    Tailored coating solutions designed to withstand harsh automotive environments ( Salt Spray Test):

    • Phosphating/Passivation: Temporary protection or primer.

    • Ni-Cu-Ni: Standard corrosion protection.

    • Epoxy: Excellent electrical insulation and chemical resistance.

  • Low Weight Loss:

    Compliant with HAST (Highly Accelerated Stress Test) standards, ensuring structural integrity in high-temperature and high-humidity environments.
