Standard terms and conditions governing the supply of Sintered NdFeB magnets, OEM manufacturing, and related services by Skyup Magnetics.
General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Skyup Magnetics ("Supplier") and the purchasing entity ("Client"). By issuing a Purchase Order (PO) or paying a deposit, the Client acknowledges and accepts these terms in full.
These terms supersede any prior agreements or client-issued terms unless explicitly agreed to in writing by an authorized representative of Skyup Magnetics.
Products & Specifications
Custom Manufacturing
Magnets are manufactured strictly according to the technical drawings and specifications (Grade, Coating, Dimensions, Magnetization Direction) approved by the Client.
Dimensional Tolerance
Standard tolerance for sintered NdFeB magnets is ±0.05mm unless otherwise specified. Precision tolerances must be confirmed in the technical agreement.
Orders & Payment

Quotation Validity: Price quotes are based on current raw material costs (PrNd/DyFe) and are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.

Payment Terms: Standard terms are 100% Advance T.T, Or 30% T/T deposit to initiate production, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment or against the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy.

Cancellation: Orders for custom OEM parts cannot be cancelled once raw materials have been processed. Deposit is non-refundable in such cases.

Supported Incoterms
Logistics Note
Risk of loss transfers to Client upon delivery to carrier (FOB/EXW) or at destination (DDU). We manage export documentation to ensure ISO & RoHS compliance.
Quality Assurance & Claims
Our manufacturing process includes raw material inspection, in-process quality control, and final magnetic property testing.
Inspection Period
The Client must inspect goods within 14 days of receipt. Claims regarding quantity or visible defects must be submitted in writing within this period. Performance-related claims must be supported by a valid third-party testing report.
Skyup Magnetics's liability is strictly limited to the replacement of defective goods or refund of the purchase price. We are not liable for consequential damages or production stoppages.
